At St. Barthélemy Cellars, we strive to make ports that showcase the wonderful fruit flavors of the many grape varieties grown in California. Our goal is to produce varietal ports with lower residual sugar levels so that the grape’s natural and unique varietal characteristics are not masked by an overly sweet quality. We have succeeded in creating a portfolio of seven premium varietal ports; Barbera, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Zinfandel.

Visiting the Winery

Unfortunately we are unable to offer tours or tasting at our winery facility at this time. However, we are featured at the Tasting Bar at JV Wine & Spirits in Napa on the corner of First Street and Silverado Trail. The Tasting Bar is open from 1PM to 6PM every day. Please stop by and sample our fine varietal ports. If they are not pouring the one you want to try, just ask.
