Raffaldini Vineyards and Winery |
For over 650 years the Raffaldini Family has lived and
farmed in Mantua, Italy. After a long and exhaustive
search for land in the United States that would reflect the experience learned over centuries, Raffaldini Vineyards was established in the Swan Creek area of the Yadkin Valley Appellation. Our vineyards are located at the foot of the Brushy Mountains, one of the oldest mountains ranges in the world, where they benefit from the mountain's deposits of rich minerals and crystalline rock.
The Raffaldini tasting room overlooks the lush Yadkin River Valley, back-dropped by a 180-degree northerly view of the mystical Blue Ridge Mountains. From our vineyards we handcraft Italian-styled wines that express not only their sense of place but also utilize winemaking skills that have been refined continually throughout the ages.
