Everett A. Wise purchased the land in 1875 that is now home to Everett Ridge Vineyards and Winery in Healdsburg, California. He brought stones by wagon from the Mill Creek area to build a winery in 1887. At that time it was considered the showplace of its day with two foot thick walls of the highest quality stone masonry trimmed in brick and plantings of fruit trees, walnuts and vineyards of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Also, the newly upgraded production facilities will help Esterlina and Everett Ridge streamline winemaking from four sites to one.
