We’re on the hot side of Paso Robles, which works great with hot weather grapes Grenache, Mourvedre, Viognier, Roussanne, and Marsanne. All our wines are Estate fruit and all ENTAV certified plantings (see www.entav.fr). We believe great wine starts in the vineyard, and great vineyards start with great DNA !

Visiting the Winery
Located in the rolling hills of south east Paso Robles, Cass Winery is one of the newest wineries on the "Back Roads."
Open 7 days a week:Mon-Fri -- 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Sat & Sun -- 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
