Our Winemaking Philosophy begins in the vineyard. Dick Schultz, our winemaker says, “the goal is to always make a wine that is the purest expression of the fruit. To me, this means conscientious grape growing practices followed by minimal intervention and quality caretaking at the winery. We all know that when fruit is taken care of in the vineyard, it really shows in the finished product.”
