I have been making wine since 1975. I founded Brandborg Cellars in 1986 in Richmond California utilizing cool climate fruit from Anderson Valley, and Santa Maria Valley focusing on pinot noir, riesling and gewurztraminer. My wife Sue, vineyard and sales manager, moved to Elkton January 2002 and began planting pinot noir on our property and making wine from locally purchased Umpqua Valley fruit.
Annual Production: 8,500 cases
Ferris Wheel Vineyard pinot noir 5 acres pinot noir, Dijon clones 113, 115, 777 and Pommard. We have 50 more acres to plant on the property, with thirty acres now plant ready.
