Winemaker: Darren Procsal

After obtaining his degree in Fermentation Science at UC Davis in 1985, Darren joined Callaway Coastal Winery as an enologist. He was quickly promoted to Assistant Winemaker and in May 2000, Winemaker.

In August 2002, Darren Procsal assumed the role of Winemaker at Atlas Peak Winery. “I’m thrilled to craft wine from the grapes of these mountaintops -- showing deep concentration, solid tannins and symmetry of structure and balance,” says Procsal.
