A model of modern stylized craftsmanship, from dawn harvest to submerged cap fermentations, and mixed French and American oak aging, this Syrah was "built" to be a richly extracted (brambles, black fruit, spice, anise, cola and salami) wine laid out on a frame of soft tannins and surprisingly good acidity.
